Good guys finish last

So ive been friends with this girl since the beginning of time. we both liked each other but never more than friends because we never had to be. well as soon as one of my best guy friends started being interested in her she came onto me super strong. i wouldnt have done anything but he okayed it so i decided to give it a shot. which kinda screwed me over in the end. we dated for a little while and i found out her and her mother were fighting because we were going out. so i broke it off because i told her her and her mothers' relationship was more important than ours. She said she understood but then got super pissed off and made everyone mad at me. the worst part is even her freaking mom whom i broke it off for dislikes me. WHAT A BIP!!
